FleetGO Drivers App Interface
This document describes the FleetGO Drivers App Interface.
The FleetGO Drivers App Interface can be used to send trips to and receive data from the FleetGO Drivers App.

This document consists of multiple chapters which appear in chronological order.
The first chapter, Trip messages, describes the different types of trip messages within the FleetGO Drivers App Interface. Trip messages are messages which are sent from the TMS-system to the FleetGO Barneveld Drivers App.
The second chapter, Sending trips, contains the API-specification on how to send trip messages.
The third chapter, Realization data, describes the different types of realization data messages within the FleetGO Drivers App Interface. Realization data messages are messages generated by the FleetGO Drivers App which are sent back to the TMS-system.
The fourth chapter, Receiving data, contains the API-specification on how to receive the realization data messages.

General procedure
Although the FleetGO Drivers App Interface describes a generic structure which applies to all customers/TMS-systems, the content of a trip may greatly vary based on the requirements of the customer. FleetGO Barneveld provides a tailor-made variant of the Drivers App to its customers. Due to the huge variety in requirements, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Generally speaking, creating a trip interface between a TMS-system and FleetGO Barneveld consists of the steps listed below.
Procedure for creating a trip interface
The TMS-party provides a trip message to FleetGO Barneveld.
FleetGO Barneveld develops a tailor-made version of the Drivers App based on the contents of the trip.
FleetGO Barneveld provides an .apk file of the Drivers App which can be used by the TMS-party to test sending trip messages to the app.
FleetGO Barneveld defines the questionnaires in collaboration with the customer.
FleetGO Barneveld adds the questionnaires to the app.
FleetGO Barneveld provides a list of which questions/answers are sent back to the TMS-party.
The TMS-party develops and API which can be used by FleetGO Barneveld to push realization data messages.
FleetGO Barneveld provides a new .apk file of the version including the questionnaires which can be used by the TMS-part for testing the processing of realization data messages.
